9 – 24 September 2016
The puckered disc of a cracker, floating in Nicholas Hatfull's Ode (Hector . . . ) (2016) gave us a title. Water Biscuit: a portmanteau of essence and indulgence, an unresolvable concept buried in a familiar image. The exhibition is a portrait of the gallery in new, recent and never-before-seen works from 12 Josh Lilley artists.
