Fordjour: A Project by Derek Fordjour and Black Chalk features an in-studio conversation between curator Manon Slome and artist Derek Fordjour alongside a broad overview of Fordjour's work to date and installation views of Parade, the exhibition concluding his yearlong residency at the Sugar Hill Children's Museum of Art and Storytelling. Manon Slome is co-founder and chief curator of No Longer Empty, the organization responsible for coordinating the 2016-17 Artist in Residency program at the Sugar Hill Museum.
